摘　　要：军队档案工作转型发展是军队档案事业适应军队建设科学发展和军队深化改革的需要。本文立足军队档案工作实际,论述军队档案工作转型发展的内涵、意义,从十个方面提出军队档案工作转型发展的对策。Restructuring and development of military archival work is the need for which military archival undertaking adapt to the scientific development of military construction and the deepening reform of the army.
