摘 要:为探讨不同施肥条件对远志生长状况及主要成分含量的影响,采用三因素二次通用旋转组合设计,定量研究了无土栽培条件下远志的需肥规律,建立了肥料效应函数模型,提出了最佳施肥方案:Ca( NO3)2·4H2 O 80~110 mg/100g水、NaH2 PO4·2H2 O 60 mg/100g水、K2 SO460~80 mg/100g水。试验结果表明:无土栽培远志N、P、K3种肥料的施用量与远志产量、远志多糖和远志酸含量的关系符合三元二次曲线变化规律;远志无土栽培产量、远志多糖和远志酸含量均高于常规栽培。Effects of different fertilized conditions on growth status and main constitutes of Polygala tenuifolia plant were studied to provide reasonable reference for its cultivation. Three factors and two general revolving combination designs were used to quantitatively study the fertilizing law under soilless culture conditions of P. tenuifolia plant, and function of fertilizing effect model was established. Optimal fertilizing scheme is proposed: Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 80~110 mg/100g water, NaH2PO4· 2H2O 60 mg/100g water, K2SO4 60~80 mg/100g water. Relationship between N, P, K fertilizer and yield, and content of polysaccharide and polygalae acid under soilless cultivation conforms to law of ternary quadratic curve. Yield, and content of the polysaccharide and polygalae acid under soilless cultivation are higher than under normal cultivation.
