摘 要:目前机载火控雷达对发射机的结构设计要求越来越高,在发射功率加倍、功能更复杂的情况下对发射机的体积、重量、抗振性、散热和维护等均提出了更严格的要求,这就需要对机载火控雷达发射机的结构进行创新性研究。本文针对上述要求详细论述了双行波管、多功能、高集成度发射机的主体框架结构设计、安装形式,介绍了发射机内部组件的模块化分类,着重讨论了外部插拔式的模块化组件的结构及安装形式。该发射机的结构设计满足现代机载火控雷达对发射机在功能性、维护性、体积及重量等方面的严格要求,同时该发射机经过充分的可靠性试验证明其结构设计具有良好的稳定性和可维护性,适用范围广。The structure design of airborne fire control radar has more and more high requirements. Under the situations of doubled transmitter power and more complex function, the volume, weight, vibration resistance, heat dissipation and maintenance of the transmitter are of more strict requirements. This requires innovative structure research for airborne fire control radar transmitter. According to the requirements above mentioned, this paper discusses the main body framework structure design and the installation form of the double TWT, multi-function, high integration level transmitter in detail, introduces the modular classification of the transmit- ter internal components, emphatically discusses the structure and the installation form of the modular compo- nents with external plug type. The structure design of the transmitter satisfies the strict requirements of modern airborne fire control radar transmitter on functionality, maintainability, volume, weight and so on. At the same time, the reliability of the transmitter is sufficiently tested and the results indicate that the structure design has good stability and maintainability, and wide applicable scope.
