摘　　要：大型相控阵雷达的阵面口径大,重量重,精度要求高,对结构件的加工精度、外场施工提出了较高的要求,无论是工厂加工还是外场安装,均具有成本高、周期长、实现难度大等特点。文中在满足雷达战技指标的前提下,提出了全新的安装调整方法,用体积小、重量轻的安装块代替大型骨架,用光学仪器指导安装代替机加工定位安装,利用调整机构代替调整垫片,降低了成本,提高了安装精度,降低了施工难度,缩短了产品研制周期,具有较高的经济效益。The antenna array of the large phased array radar is characterized by large aperture, heavy weight and high accuracy, which puts forward higher requirement for the machining accuracy and outfield construc- tion. Both the manufacturing process and outfield installation have the problems of high cost, long period and difficult to achieve. In this paper, a new installing ＆ adjusting method is proposed for the antenna array of the large phased array radar. In the method, a small-volume and light-weight installation block is used to replace the large skeleton. The optical instrument is adopted here to guide the installation instead of machining loca- tion. And the adjusting mechanism is used to replace the adjusting spacer. As a result, the cost is lower, the installation accuracy is improved, the construction difficulty is reduced and the development period is short- ened.
