硼氢化钠预处理对桉木浆漂白过程中过氧化氢无效分解及纸浆性能的影响

摘　　要：本文以桉木硫酸盐未漂浆为原料,考察了硼氢化钠处理与否对过氧化氢漂白过程中残余过氧化氢浓度,氧气的生成量,以及纸浆卡伯值、白度、黏度、返黄值的影响。结果表明:硼氢化钠预处理有利于减少过氧化氢无效分解,该工艺对纸浆卡伯值、黏度以及白度均未见不利影响。This paper investigated the effect of sodium borohydride pretreatment on the eucalyptus kraft pulp bleach- ing with hydrogen peroxide. The results indicate that the pretreatment is effective to reduce the oxygen formation and thus minimize the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide during the bleaching process. It also noticed that there are no negative effect on the Kappa number, brightness, and viscosity of the bleached pulp by the sodium boro- hydride pretreatment.
