摘 要:本文以两性木薯渣(CMPCD-g-AD)作为助留助滤剂应用于脱墨废纸浆,研究了助剂添加量,p H值、剪切力、电导率和接触时间等不同工艺条件对两性木薯渣助留助滤性能的影响。研究结果表明:p H值为7.5 9.5,动态滤水仪(DDJ)转速为750r/min,电导率大于2000μS/cm,接触时间为5 8 s,两性木薯渣用量为1.2%时,助留助滤效果较好,首程留着率(FPR)达到90.46%,60s内滤水质量为244.6g。In this paper, CMPCD -g -AD were used as retention and drainage additives on deinked pulp. Volume of addition, pH value, shear force, conductivity and time of contact were studied in this research. The best adding contition of CPCD for retention and drainage were optimized as follow: the dosage of CMPCD - g - AD is 1.2% , pH value is from 7.5 to 9.5, the speed of dynamic drainage jar is 750 r/min, the optimum contact time of the stock with CPCD is 5 - 8s, electrical conductivity is more than 2000μS/cm. Under such condition FPR can get 90.46% and the drainage in 60s was 244. 6 g.
