摘  要:以月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-3)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚乙二醇-600(PEG-600)为原料制备了一系列AI-P-IA型非离子表面活性剂;考察了最佳合成工艺,并对产物进行了结构表征和物理性能检测;研究了合成产物在洗涤法废纸脱墨中的应用,并将其与复配脱墨剂以及市售脱墨剂的脱墨效果进行了对比。结果表明,nAEO-3∶nIPDI∶nPEG-600=1∶1∶0.5,反应温度60℃,反应时间2h,w(催化剂)=1%,具有较好的洗涤脱墨效果;AI-PIA(PEG-600)与AEO-3和AES复配可取得较佳效果,当m(AI-P-IA-600)∶m(AES)∶m(AEO-3)=1∶2∶1,用量0.2%(其他助剂一定)时,废旧书本纸纸浆白度可达68.3%ISO,残余油墨量仅为45.3 mg/kg。A series of nonionic surfactants were synthesized by lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether( AEO -3 ) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and polyethylene glycol -600( PEG- 600). The synthesis process was optimized. The chemical structures of product was characterized by FT - IR. Meanwhile,the physical properties of the product were also determined. The application of synthetic product in waste paper deinking with washing method and the comparison between the product and the mixed deinking agent were studied. It was found that the better reaction condition was determined as follows : the molar ratio of lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ( AEO - 3 ) to polyethy- lene glycol (PEG- 600) to isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) is 1:1:0.5 at 60℃ for 2h and the amount of the cata- lyst is 1.0%. Through the test, as m ( AI - P - IA - 600) : m (AES) : m ( AEO - 3 ) = 1 : 2:1 and AI - P - IA - 600 is 0. 2% ; the brightness of deinked pulp can reach 68.3% ISO and the residual ink concentration is only 45.3mg/kg.
