摘 要:聚合氯化铝是一种目前最广泛使用的高效混凝剂,它具有用量少、除浊高、对出水p H影响小等优点,目前在国内外广泛应用于水处理上。在本文中,采用粒径分析、电导率以及可见紫外光谱法对影响PAC混凝效果及不利因素进行了综合的研究。结果表明:PAC可将原水中粒径较小的悬浮物凝聚成大颗粒絮状物而缓慢下沉,PAC投加量过多不仅影响絮凝效果,而且也造成因混凝剂无机离子的引入使原水电导率上升。由于通过絮凝剂的方式很难完全消除水中细小悬浮物,因此必须重视对后续水处理的过滤工艺。本方法对造纸原水净化混凝段条件的控制,将具有重要的指导意义。Attributed to its good features such as low dosage, few sludge and low effect on the pH of effluent, poly -aluminum chloride (PAC) is widely used as a flocculating agent in the water treatment. This work investigated the effects of PAC on the coagulation and clarification performances, based on the analyses of the particle size dis- tribution, conductivity and UV -vis spectroscopic techniques. The results indicated that although PAC is effective to flocculate the smaller size particles of suspended solids in treated water into larger particles, over - addition of PAC could reduce its effectiveness. Meanwhile, it increase the conductivity of the raw ware, due to the introduction of inorganic ions. Since it is also difficult to completely remove smaller size particles of suspended solids in water by adding PAC, the attention should also paid to the subsequent filtration process in the water treatment. The present study has an important guiding significance, aiming at cost -effectively improving the overall water quality in mill treatment operations.
