摘　　要：废纸脱墨浆为主要原料的新闻纸抄造过程中,贵重品沉积物严重影响纸机运行性能。本文主要介绍了贵重品沉积物形成的原因和危害,对高速纸机生产系统各部污垢物进行组分分析,制定针对性的停机清洗方法,可以有效减少纸机连续运行中产生的问题和提高产品质量,改善系统运行性能。The deinked pulp is widely used in newsprint production. The deposition in valuable woven fabrics seri- ously impacts on the runability of paper machine. The paper mainly introduces the forming reason and harmness of the deposition in valuable woven fabrics. By analyzing the dirt in different sections of the system and finding out the cleaning method,the problems in the running of high - speed paper machine will be reduced, the product quality and the system＇s performance will be improved.
