摘　　要：通过对造纸企业现有状况的分析,针对造纸企业存在着高能耗、低利用率、能耗管理不集中等问题,设计开发了造纸企业能源管理系统。系统具备能源设备的监控与管理、能耗数据综合分析与预测、用水网络的优化等功能,达到合理有效管理和使用造纸企业各种能源介质、节能减排的效果。Through analyzing the current situation of a paper mill,it was found that there were some problems like high energy consumption, low utilization rate and decentralized energy management in this mill. An energy manage- ment system for this mill was designed and developed to manage its energy reasonably and effectively, achieve the goal of energy＇ s balanced utilization, conservation and emissions reduction. This system can perform functions of energy equipment monitoring and management, energy consumption data comprehensive analysis and prediction, water network optimization, etc.
