摘 要:建立测定1,4-丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸中1,4-丁二磺酸含量的离子色谱方法.采用Ion Pac^(R) AS14(250 mm×4 mm)色谱柱,以3.5 mmol/L Na2CO3和1.0 mmol/L Na HCO3为流动相,流速为2.0 m L/min,结果表明,1,4-丁二磺酸在5.115~204.6 mg/L(r=0.999 7)范围内有良好的线性响应关系,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.8%,最低检出限为1.0 ng.本法可准确测定1,4-丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸中1,4-丁二磺酸的含量,有效控制其质量.A suppressed conductivity ion chromatography method for determination of 1,4-butanedisulfonate in ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate was established. Chromatographic separation was achieved on an Ion Pac^(R)AS14( 250 mm × 4 mm) column. The elution was consisted of 3. 5 mmol / L Na2CO3 and1.0 mmol / L NaHCO3. The flow rate was 2. 0 m L / min. The results showed that a good linearity for the content of 1,4-butanedisulfonate was found in the range of 5. 115 ~ 204. 6 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 7. The average recovery was 99. 4 %( RSD = 0. 8%,n = 9),the minimum detection limit was 1. 0 ng. The method could accurately detect 1,4-butanedisulfonate in ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate,and could be used as an effective methed for the quality control of ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate.
