摘  要:目的分析乙肝疫苗与白介素-2联合免疫效果。方法统计3组人群。第1组首次免疫者364人,其中240人仅注射乙肝疫苗,124人注射乙肝疫苗同时加注射白介素-2。第2组经乙肝疫苗免疫后检测仍无乙肝表面抗体(HBsAb)产生者104人,其中44人做第2轮乙肝疫苗注射,60人同时加注射白介素-2。第3组系HBeAb、HBcAb均阳性者92人,其中34人仅乙肝疫苗注射,58人同时加注射白介素-2。结果第1组产生HBsAb人数分别为232人(96.7%)和118人(95.2%),组内HBs Ab阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.50,P>0.05);第2组产生HBs Ab人数分别为27人(61.4%)和48人(80.0%),组内HBs Ab阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.38,P<0.05);第3组产生HBs Ab人数分别为20人(58.8%)和46人(79.3%),组内HBs Ab阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.44,P<0.05)。结论初次乙肝疫苗免疫者,加白介素-2无意义;当经过乙肝疫苗免疫后,不产生HBs Ab或免疫低下时,加入白介素-2有助于HBs Ab的产生。Objective To evaluate the immunological efficacy of hepatitis - B vaccination with or without interleu- kin -2 on HBsAg antibody (HBsAb). Methods The participants were divided into 3 groups. Group one were consisted of 364 healthy adults and 240 of which received primary vaccination; the rest were received the intra- dermal vaccine combined with Interleukin- 2 (IL- 2). Group two were consisted of 104 healthy adults with sero - negative ( HBsAb 〈 10 IU/L) and 44 of them received intradermal vaccine ; the rest received the intra- dermal vaccine in combination with Interleukin - 2 ( IL - 2 ). Group three were consisted of 92 adults with positive HBsAb and HBcAb, 34 received primary vaccination and other 58 adults received the intradermal vac- cine combined with Interleukin - 2 ( IL - 2). Results In Group one, respectively 232 (96. 7% ) and 118 (95.2%) of the participants showed good antibody response ( 〉 100 IU/L) and HBsAb titers showed no significant correlation with IL -2 (96. 7% v. s. 95.2% x2 = 0.50, P 〉0.05). In group two, the antibody response rate of vaccination combine with IL- 2 was sig- nificantly higher than that without IL -2 (61.4% v. s. 80.0%, X2= 4.38, P〈O. 05). In Group three, the antibody response rate of vaccination combine with IL - 2 was significantly higher than that without IL - 2 (58.8% v. s. 79.3% X2 =4. 44 P 〈 O. 05). Conclusion IL -2 may not improve the antibody response rate in healthy adults with primary vaccination, instead, IL- 2 should be used selectively based on the blood chemistry tests and whether the patients had been previously vaccinated.
