摘  要:2012年从黑龙江省采集的大豆根腐病病株上分离到5个疑似锐顶镰孢的分离物,基于形态学、EF-1α基因序列及锐顶镰孢特异性分子标记检测,将5个分离物鉴定为锐顶镰孢(Fusarium acuminatum)。接种试验表明,5个分离物对大豆品种Williams和合丰25具有较强的致病力,分离物间不存在致病力差异。这是首次报道在黑龙江省发现锐顶镰孢引起大豆根腐病。Five Fusarium isolates like - as Fusarium acuminatum were isolated from diseased soybean plants with root rot symptoms collected from Heilongjiang Province in 2012. Based on morphology, EF -1α gene sequencing and detection of F. acuminatum specific markers, these Fusarium isolates were identified as F. acuminatum. Pathogencity of these 5 isolates on soybean was tested by inoculating cultivars Williams and Hefeng 25 at seedlings, all isolates were strong pathogenic and no pathogenic difference was found among the isolates. To our knowledge, this is the first report of F. acuminatum as a pathogen on soybean in Heilongjiang Province.
