养猪场发酵床垫料营养物质及毒性研究

摘　　要：以厦门继荣和莆田优利可猪场发酵床垫料以及洛东酵素为材料,对养猪厂发酵床垫料的营养水平及毒性进行评价.结果表明:垫料中pH值和有机质含量均达到有机肥标准要求,但含水率和总养分不达标,全氮、全磷、全钾、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾的含量呈现随着垫料使用年限增加而升高的趋势,垫料中砷、汞、铜、铬、铅、镉均达到有机肥标准要求;洛东酵素中富含纳豆芽孢杆菌和酵母菌,但不含金黄色葡萄球菌,属于口服低毒性,皮肤接触无毒物质.研究证明,垫料中添加的菌剂对养殖在垫料上的猪只是安全的.废弃垫料含有较高有机质和其他养分,可以作为植物有机肥使用.In order to find out the fertility and toxicity of deep litter,the deep litter from Jirong pig farm of Xiamen and Youlike pig farm from Putian and Luodong enzyme were taken as tested materials,the nutri-ent substance and the toxicology of the litter were studied.The results indicated that both pH value and or-ganic content reached to the demand of organic fertilizer standard,while the moisture content and the total nutrient were substandard.The content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,available nitro-gen,available phosphorus and available potassium in deep litter increased with the service life of the bed-ding.The contents of As,Hg,Cu,Cd,Cr,Pb in bedding met the standards of organic fertilizer.The Lu-odong enzyme was rich in bacillus natto and saccharomycetes,but no Saphylococcusaureus.The results in-dicated that the bedding of pig-on-litter was safe to pig breeding,and the abandoned deep litter contained nutrients and microorganisms could be used as organic fertilizer.
