摘 要:中国线辣椒(C.annuum var.annuum)是一种特有的辣椒类型,具有丰富的种质资源,但目前对其遗传多样性的研究甚少.本研究采用 RAPD和 SSR分子标记,对20份辣椒种质资源(其中线辣椒13份,其他辣椒资源7份)的遗传多样性进行鉴定分析,并比较分析了形态特征.结果表明:2种标记均能有效鉴定材料间遗传多样性,其中 SSR标记优于 RAPD标记.RAPD标记共扩增出218条 DNA 片段,每个引物平均可扩增出3~10条 DNA 片段,多态性比率(PPB)为77.1%;材料间遗传相似系数(GS)为0.615~0.905.SSR 标记共扩增出153条 DNA 片段,每对引物平均扩增出2~8条DNA片段,多态性比率(PPB)为82.3%;材料间遗传相似系数(GS)为0.632~0.886.相关性分析表明,RAPD和 SSR标记与形态标记的相关系数分别为0.743和0.710,2种标记与形态标记的相关系数为0.658,均达到了显著水平.聚类分析结果显示,大部分具有亲缘关系的资源及形态学、生物学特征相近的资源聚在一类,说明分子标记的聚类分析结果与形态学分类结果具有较好的相符性.The Chinese Xianlajiao (Capsicumannuum var.annuum)is a unique type of pepper and has a rich germplasm.However,there is very little research on its genetic diversity.The genetic diversity of 20 Capsicumgermplasm accessions (Xianlajiao accessions of 13,other accessions 7)was analyzed by means of RAPD and SSR.At the same time,the morphological characteristics were compared and analyzed.The re-sults showed that two markers were effective identification of genetic diversity and the SSR markers was better than that of RAPD marker.2 1 8 DNA fragments were amplified by RAPD markers,each primer am-plified 3 to 10 DNA fragments,polymorphic ratio (PPB)77.1%;the genetic similarity coefficient (GS) ranged from 0.615 to 0.905.153 DNA fragments were amplified by SSR markers,each primer amplified 2 to 8 DNA fragments,polymorphic ratio (PPB)82.3%;the genetic similarity coefficient (GS)ranged from 0.632 to 0.886.Correlation analysis showed that,the correlation coefficient RAPD and SSR markers and morphological markers were 0.743 and 0.710,the correlation coefficient of two markers and morphological markers for 0.658,reached a significant level.Cluster analysis results showed that,most of the germplasm with genetic relationship,similar biological characteristics and morphological characteristics closed together in one class,that the result of cluster analysis of molecular markers and morphological classification results agree.
