摘　　要：郁金香基腐病是郁金香种球在储藏期和生长期发生的严重病害,引起郁金香种球栽种后不出芽或者生长期间茎叶枯萎死亡。本研究采用郁金香基腐病病菌的转录间隔区序列,设计了特异性引物,建立并优化了常规PCR检测方法。结果表明,该方法能够特异性检测到郁金香种球中存在的郁金香基腐病病菌。Tulip bulb rot disease usually occurs seriously during storage and growth of tulip bulbs, which brought symptoms of no sprouts or leaf and stem blight on tulip bulbs. Inter-genic transcribed spacer of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. tulipae was analyzed and the PCR primers were designed, and optimized detection method for the pathogen were developed.
