摘　　要：目的分析山东省某医院结核分枝杆菌耐药情况。方法分析山东省某医院2011-2013年分离的2144株结核分枝杆菌对10种抗结核药物的药敏情况。结果 2 144株结核分枝杆菌2012年和2013年的药敏结果与2011年相比,结核分枝杆菌对INH-10、RFP-250、CIP-1、PNA-10的耐药率均下降,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.9,4.7,P〈0.05）。结核分枝杆菌2011、2012和2013年耐多药率分别为13.87%、11.73%和6.18%;结核分枝杆菌2011、2012和2013年对一线药物的耐药率分别为3.15%、4.94%和2.45%;结核分枝杆菌2011年、2012年和2013年全部耐药率分别为1.05%、0.77%和0.39%。结论山东省某医院结核分枝杆菌耐药率总体呈逐年下降趋势,规范治疗取得初步效果,但结核分枝杆菌的耐药状况依然严峻。Objective To analyze the drug resistance of Mycobaeteium tuberculosis. Methods Totally 2 144 Mycobaetenum tuberculosis strains were identified in a hospital of Shandong Province from 2011 to 2013 and the sensitivity of Mycobaeterium tuberculosis strains to 10 kinds of anti-tuberculosis drugs was tested and the results were analyzed. Results The drug resistance of 2 144 Myeobaetenum tuberculosis strains to INH-10, RFP-250, CIP- 1, PNA-10 in 2012 and 2013 were all decreased in comparison with that of 2011, the difference was significant （x^2=4.9, 4.7, P〈 0.05）;The multiple drug resistance rates of Myeobaeterium tuberculosis strains in 2011, 2012 and 2013 were 13.87%, 11.73%, and 6.18%, respectively; The resistance rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to first-line drugs in 2011,2012 and 2013 were 3.15%, 4.94% and 2.45%; The overall resistant rates of Myeobacterium tuberculosis to anti-tuberculosis drugs in 2011, 2012 and 2013 were 1.05%, 0.77% and 0.39%, respectively. Conclusion The sensitivity of Myeobaeterium tuberculosis isolated from a hospital generally showed a declining trend year by year and effectiveness has been achieved by application of standard treatment. But the drug resistanoe of Mycobaeterium tuberculosis is still serious.
