摘　　要：目的了解海南省猪布鲁氏菌病发病情况和流行菌株类型,为制定布鲁氏菌防治措施提供科学依据。方法采用组织培养、小动物接种对一例布鲁氏菌病血清学阳性的临高母猪进行细菌分离,并以生物分型、血清分型等传统方法作鉴定。用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果采用猪脾组织以及肝、脾、淋巴结的混合组织接种的豚鼠,分别在第37d、49d血清抗体滴度达1：1 600-1：3 200,此时从剖杀的两只豚鼠肝脾组织中各分离出一株布鲁氏菌,经鉴定均为猪种生物3型布鲁氏菌。药敏试验该菌对四环素、卡那霉素、利福平、链霉素、庆大霉素高敏。结论海南畜间布鲁氏菌病流行菌株以猪种生物3型布鲁氏菌为主,今后布鲁氏菌病的防控应以猪布鲁氏菌病监测作为侧重点。Objective To understand the prevalence of Brucella suis disease and types of epidemic strains in Hainan Province, and provide evidences for the further preventive measures of Brucella suis disease. Methods Organ culture, animal inoculation were used to isolate bacteria from a sow serologically positive for brucellosis in Lingao. At the same time, some traditional ways such as biological test, dye bacteriostatic experiment and disk diffusion method were used to do drug sensitive test. Results Liver, spleen, lymphaden of sow were inoculated into guinea pig whose serum antibody titers were from 1：1600 to 1：3 200 respectively on the 37 days and 49 days after birth. At this time, a Brueella suis strain was isolated from the liver of each of two guinea pigs , and two of them was identified as Brucella melitensis biovar 3. Based on drug sensitive test, Brucella suis was highly sensitive to tetracycline, kanamycin, rifampicin, streptomycin, gentamiein. Conclusions The Brucella melitensis biovar 3 was mainly among livestock in Hainan province, and the prevention of Brucella suis disease be emphasized on surveillance of BruceHa suis.
