摘 要:以劣质渣油为原料,采用中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院和中石化洛阳工程有限公司联合开发的沸腾床加氢技术(Strong)进行单段串联渣油加氢脱金属和加氢脱硫试验,主要考察不同反应温度下,原料转化率、金属脱除率、脱硫率、残炭脱除率和生成油胶体稳定性的变化规律.结果表明:随着反应温度升高,原料的转化率、残炭脱除率、金属脱除率和脱硫率增加,生成油的胶体稳定性指数降低;优选的金属脱除温度均为410℃,反应温度相同条件下,原料中钒的脱除率远远高于镍的脱除率;当反应温度小于400℃时,加氢生成油稳定性指数大于1.43,说明加氢生成油保持稳定的胶体状态;当反应温度为400 ~ 420℃时,加氢生成油稳定性指数为1.23 ~1.43,说明此时加氢生成油易受其他因素影响.The hydro-demetalization (HDM) and hydro-desulfurization (HDS) tests were performed on two continuous ebullalted-bed reactors in series,treating inferior residue oil by application of ebullated-bed hydro-upgrading process (STRONG) developed by FRIPP in cooperation with LPEC.The variations of conversion,HDM rate,HDS rate,HDCCR rate of the feedstock and colloidal stability of hydrotreated product were investigated under different temperatures.The test and analysis results showed that:with the rising reaction temperature,the conversion,HDM rate,HDS rate and HDCCR rate of the feedstock were increased and the colloidal stability index of product oil was reduced.The satisfactory removal temperature of metal nickel and vanadium was 410 ℃.When the reaction temperature was lower than 400 ℃,the stability index of hydrogenated product was over 1.43,indicating that the hydrogenated product was kept in a stable colloidal state.When the reaction temperature was in the range of 400 ~420 ℃,the stability index of hydrogenated oil was 1.23 ~1.43,indicating the hydrogenated product was subject to other factors.
