摘 要:FF-56催化剂是中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院研制的新型高活性加氢裂化预处理催化剂,于2013年在中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司1.2 Mt/a加氢裂化装置首次工业应用.该催化剂以Mo-Ni为活性金属组分,采用络合技术制备,以大孔氧化铝为载体,适度增强活性金属与载体的相互作用.工业应用结果表明:FF-56催化剂具有较高的脱硫、脱氮活性,对原料的适应性强,能够满足装置长周期运转的要求.控制精制反应器入口温度332 ~345℃,平均温度364~ 376℃,精制油脱氮率达97.0%.对比FF-46催化剂,反应器入口温度低3℃条件下,FF-56催化剂的总温升却高了8℃,说明FF-56催化剂比FF-46具有更高的反应活性.FF-56 catalyst is a new high activity pre-treatment catalyst for hydrocracking which has been successfully researched and developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical (FRIPP).The catalyst was first applied in a 1.2 MM TPY hydrocracking unit of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd.(ZRCC) in 2013.The active components of the catalyst are Mo and Ni and it is prepared by complexation technology.The support is megalospore aluminum oxide.The interaction of activated metal and support is strengthened.The commercial application demonstrates that FF-56 catalyst offers high hydro-denitrogenation and hydro-desulfurization activities.It has good accommodation for different feed oils and can meet the requirement of long-term operation.The nitrogen removal rate is as high as 97.0% at a controlled inlet temperature of hydrotreating reactor between 332 ℃ to 345 ℃ and the average temperature between 364 ℃ to 376.As compared with FF-46 catalyst,the total temperature rise is 8 degrees higher than that of FF-46 catalyst when the inlet temperature is 3 ℃ lower.It indicates that the reaction activity of FF-56 catalyst is higher than that of FF-46 catalyst.
