摘　　要：改革开放以来中国取得了举世瞩目的成就,但是在广大农村普遍存在大力抓经济建设的同时,却忽视文化建设的现象,使得农村经济与农村文化发展失调现象普遍存在,平衡农村经济与文化发展刻不容缓。本文认为应在深化农村教育改革,培养高素质农民;转变思想认识,增强立体意识;优化农村文化队伍配置三个方面下工夫。China has achieved remarkable achievement since opening to the outside world, there is widespread phenomenon in the vast rural areas of economic development, while neglect culture development, which making the rural economy and rural cultural development disorders. Balancing economic and cultural development is urgent. The article argues that we should deepen rural education reform, training high quality farmers, transfer the thinking and understanding, strengthen the consciousness of main body, and promote rural cultural team.
