百会透刺前顶改善原发性高血压中医症状的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨百会透刺前顶对原发性高血压中医症状的改善作用。方法:入选原发性高血压1、2级(中低危)患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予健康教育生活方式干预;治疗组在此基础上,给予百会透刺前顶穴治疗,1次/d,连续治疗5次,休息2 d,疗程4周,随访12周。观察中医症状改善情况。结果:2组中医症状总积分均有下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组与同期对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),以治疗组为优。前后症状疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为100%,明显优于对照组的82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:百会透刺前顶治疗原发型高血压1、2级能明显改善中医临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective： To discuss effect of acupuncturing Baihui to Qianding in treating primary hypertension symptoms. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with primary hypertension of 1-2 level（ low risk） were randomized into two groups： control group with health education and lifestyle intervention,treatment group with acupuncturing Baihui to Qianding plus health education and lifestyle intervention. Acupuncture treatment is performed one time per day and continues for five times of 4 weeks. In Week 4 and Weeks 12,overall syndrome improvements were observed. Results： Overall syndrome rating decreased in both groups after treatment compared with that prior to treatment（ P〈0. 01）,of which the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Compared with before treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group after treatment was 100%,significantly higher than 82%,that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Acupuncturing Baihui to Qianding therapy could distinctly improve patients symptoms and quality of life.
