真情去向何处？--性别伦理视域下《火山情人》中的两性关系解读

摘　　要：从20世纪70年代后期起,桑塔格美学思想的重点从单纯追求形式转向关注社会现实,这一转向在她的小说创作中亦有体现。在《火山情人》中,桑塔格通过展示骑士纳尔逊与他两任妻子凯瑟琳和爱玛的爱恨交错来揭示在传统性别伦理思想压制下爱情变得虚无而婚姻成了权欲与物欲工具的现实。传统的男性中心主义性别思想不仅将女性置于从属的他者地位而且抑制个体男性的主体性,以此思想体系为根基的婚姻爱情使得男女双方都失去了本该有的善,所以他们婚姻不幸、情爱错位。拟通过分析工具婚姻给男女双方带来的不幸以及两情相悦的隐藏和夭折来阐释桑塔格对传统男性中心主义性别思想的批判以及对和谐男女两性关系伦理的重构。Since the late 1970s, the focus of Sontag＇s aesthetic thought has been shifted from merely pursuing the form to caring about the social reality, which is also embodied in her novels. In The Volcano Lover： A Romance, she reals the harsh reality that the marriage is used as a tool for selfish lusts under the suppression of traditional gender ethics by depicting the emotional entanglements of the Cavaliere and his two wives Catherine and Emma. In the context of traditional phallogocentrism, women, due to the humble status of a subordinate, can never take control of their marriage lives. Meanwhile, men are also in the state of subjective splitting. Under the suppression of male chauvinism, both the male and the female lose the kindness in their marriage, so their marriage suffers misfortune and mismatch. This paper attempts to interpret Sontag＇s criticism on the traditional phallogocentrism by analyzing the misfortune suffered by those who regard marriage as a tool and the concealed and dying true love; on the other hand, the paper shows Sontag＇s ethical reconstruction of the relationship between male and female.
