摘 要:目的分析2009—2012年上海口岸入境集装箱携带病媒生物的规律和特点,为口岸开展入境病媒生物防控提供理论依据。方法通过对历史数据的分类统计,从入境集装箱病媒生物截获种类、重(空)箱分布、来源地区分布、季节分布及集装箱装载货物类别等5个方面进行分析。结果 2009—2012年上海口岸入境集装箱截获病媒生物分为四类:蚊、蝇、蜚蠊、鼠形动物,共计44 711批次、60 061只,其中空箱35 857批次,占截获总批次的80.2%,重箱8 854批次,占截获总批次的19.8%。来源地区涉及124个国家或地区,7-8月为高发期,重箱中分拨货物疫情最严重。结论上海口岸入境集装箱中空箱携带病媒生物情况十分严重,空箱及重箱的疫情种类差异明显,病媒生物来源地区广泛、具有明显的季节变化、与集装箱装载货物类别密切相关,口岸应当加强病媒生物风险分析及处理方法的研究。Objective Summarized the characteristics and regularities of medical vectors carried by imported containers at Shanghai port from 2009 to 2012, to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of medical vectors. Methods The data of medical vectors carried by imported containers in Shanghai port was analyzed, according to the following five aspects: species, distribution in heavy or empty containers of medical vectors, origin of importation, seasons distribution and in cargos types carried by containers. Results There were44 711 pools, 60 061 medical vectors represent 4 categories(mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches, rodents) were found in imported containers from 124 countries in Shanghai port. 35 857 pools(80.2%) were found in empty containers,and 8 854 pools(19.8%) in heavy containers. The containers imported from 124 countries carried medical vectors.A large scale of the medical vectors was found in July to August. Conclusion The empty containers carried more medical vectors than heavy ones, The species of medical vectors was different in empty containers and heavy ones.
