进境散装废旧物品船舶输入性医学媒介生物疫情监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解和掌握进境散装废旧物品船舶携带输入性医学媒介生物的情况。方法在检疫锚地对进境散装废旧物品船舶携带的输入性鼠类、蚊类、蝇类、蜚蠊进行采集、计数、分类鉴定和数据分析。结果 2011—2013年调查了553艘次进境散装废旧物品船舶,进境船舶携带医学媒介阳性率达34.72%。媒介生物种类主要有蝇4科7属9种,蜚蠊2科2属3种和蚊1亚科2属2种,未发现鼠类。携带不同医学媒介的阳性率从高到低依次是蝇类、蜚蠊、蚊类。同时发现,进境散装废旧物品船舶医学媒介生物携带情况具有明显的季节消长。结论进境散装废旧物品船舶医学媒介生物携带状况比较严重,船舶的到港月份与船舶媒介生物携带风险密切相关,应采取有效措施加以控制。Objective To investigate the introduced medical vectors carried by entry bulk ships carrying renewable wastes. Methods The introduced medical vectors, including rodents, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches on entry bulk ships carrying renewable wastes at quarantine anchorage of Taizhou port were collected and classified. Results A total of 553 entry ship-times were checked from 2011 to 2013. The positive rate of ships carrying medical vectors was 34.72%. The medical vectors captured belong to 7 families, 11 genera, 14 species, among which flies4 families 7 genera 9 species, cockroaches 2 families 2 genera 3 species and mosquitoes 1 subfamilies 2 genera 2species, and mouse was not be found. The medical vectors in entry bulk ships had seasonal change rules.Conclusion The high risk of introduced medical vectors carried by entry bulk ships had been implied, and control measures should be taken effectively.
