摘　　要：接种乙肝疫苗是控制乙肝病毒感染最经济、最有效的方法。但是在实际工作中存在许多认识上的误区。本文就乙肝疫苗接种前是否需要筛查、接种乙肝疫苗是否有患乙肝的危险、乙肝疫苗保护期等几个常见问题加以讨论,正确认识乙肝疫苗接种的诸多问题,充分发挥乙肝疫苗在肝病防治中的重要作用。Hepatitis B vaccination is the most cost-effective way to control of hepatitis B virus infection. There were some misunderstandings in the vaccination practice mainly because of being not understanding hepatitis B vaccine well. Some common questions such as screening before hepatitis B vaccination, suffering from hepatitis B after hepatitis B vaccination and the term of protection in this article so as to understanding correctly of the hepatitis B vaccination were discussed, and its important role in prevention and control of liver diseases was elaborated.
