早期康复治疗对脑出血微创术后患者功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复治疗对脑出血微创术后患者功能恢复的影响。方法采用回顾性研究方法将我科2013-06-2014-06收治的96例脑出血微创术后患者分为早期康复组48例和常规康复组48例,2组均给予术后常规治疗及护理;早期康复组患者在生命体征稳定后即刻进行合理、规范化地综合早期康复治疗,包括心理疏导、正确的良肢位摆放、空气波压力治疗、按摩、针灸、肢体运动、语言训练等康复内容;治疗前后进行Fugl-meyer（FMA）及Barthel指数（BI）评分,并比较并发症的发生率。结果治疗30天后,早期康复组FMA及BI评分均较前明显提高（P〈0.01）;且患者肺部感染、泌尿系感染、压疮、深静脉血栓等并发症发生率明显低于常规康复组（P〈0.01）。结论早期合理、规范化地康复治疗能够有效提高脑出血微创术后患者的功能恢复及减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the influence of the early rehabilitation of patients after cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive surgery.Methods 96 cases from June 2013 to June 2014 treated with cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive surgery were divided into rehabilitation group（48 cases） and control group（48 cases） for retrospective study.The two groups were given conventional treatment and postoperative care.After the vital signs were stable,rehabilitation group treated immediately with reasonable and standardized early rehabilitation,including psychological counseling,placement correct good limb position,the air pressure wave therapy,massage,acupuncture and language training.The Fugl-meyer（FMA） and the Barthel index（BI） score were recorded before and after treatment,and compared the complications incidence.Results After 30 days treatment,the FMA and BI scores of rehabilitation group were obviously improved（P〈0.01）,and patients with lung infections,urinary tract infections,pressure ulcers,deep vein thrombosis and other complications were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Early reasonable and standardized rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the postoperative functional recovery in patients with cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive and reduce complications.
