股骨近端防旋髓内钉-Ⅱ治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价股骨近端防旋髓内钉-Ⅱ(PFNA-Ⅱ)治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法回顾30例PFNA-Ⅱ治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料,男12例,女18例,平均年龄71.2岁。结果所有患者均获得随访,术后随访6-18个月,平均随访时间为12.5个月,1例于术后3个月因心梗死亡,其余所有患者均获得骨性愈合,无伤口感染。髋关节功能按Harris评分评定,优良率93%。结论 PFNA-Ⅱ治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有创伤小,恢复快,并发症少等优点,临床疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the effect of proximal femur intramedullary nail anti-rotation-Ⅱ for elder patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods To review the clinical datas of 30 patients of femoral intertrochanteric fracture who was treated by PFNA-Ⅱ,including 12 males and 18 females,and the average age is 71.2 years old.Results All patients were followed up,and a follow-up of 6-18 months was carried out.The average follow-up time was 12.5 months,1 patient was died for myocardial infarction at 3 months after the operation.The remaining bone healing was obtained in all patients,no wound infection.Hip joint functional assessment was carried out by Harris scores,the excellent and good rate was 93%.Conclusion The treatment of PFNA-Ⅱfor elder patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures has advantages of mild trauma,rapid recovery,fewer complications,and clinical curative effect is satisfactory.
