高效液相色谱法测定广藿香中毛蕊花糖苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立广藿香中毛蕊花糖苷含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱条件为Kromasil C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-0.1%醋酸水溶液（40：60）;流速为1 m L·min^-1;检测波长334 nm。结果毛蕊花糖苷进样量在0.900-18.00μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9,低、中、高浓度加样平均回收率在99.9%-104.1%（n=3）,RSD〈1.5%。结论该方法简单可行,重复性好,可作为广藿香药材质量标准控制的方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of verbascoside in Pogostemon cablin. Methods The conditions of chromatography was as follows： Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with a mobile phase of methanol-0.1% acetic acid（40 ：60）. The flow rate was 1.0 m L·min^- 1. The detection wavelength was 334 nm. Rseults There was a good linearity between the verbascoside content and the peak area at 0.900- 18.00 μg, r= 0.999 9, the average recovery of the low, middle and high concentration was at 99.9%- 104.1%（n = 3）, RSDwas less than 1.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, feasible and reproducible, which can be used to control the quality of Pogostemon cablin.
