摘　　要：目的分析评价本院抗抑郁药物的应用情况及变化趋势。方法对本院2011-2013年使用的抗抑郁药物的用药金额、限定日剂量（DDD）、用药频度（DDDs）、日限定费用（DDDc）等进行回顾性分析。结果本院抗抑郁药物的用药金额及DDDs均呈逐年上升趋势。用药金额位居前3位的分别是选择性5-羟色胺（5-HT）再摄取抑制剂（SSRIs）类、选择性5-HT和去甲肾上腺素（NE）再摄取抑制剂（SNRIs）类及NE和特异性5-HT能抗抑郁药（Na SSA）类,其中SSRIs类更是稳居第1位;而三、四环类抗抑郁药物的用药金额正逐年下降,临床应用较少。结论本院新型抗抑郁药物已成为一线抗抑郁药物,临床使用比较合理。Objective To investigate the utilization and development of antidepressant drugs in our hospital. Methods The utilization of antidepressant drugs in our hospital during 2011- 2013 was retrospectively analyzed with regard to the consumption, defined daily dose（DDD）, defined daily doses（DDDs） and defined daily dose consumption（DDDc）. Results The consumption and DDDs of antidepressant drugs in our hospital had been increasing year by year and the top 3 during the past 3 years were SSRIs, SNRIs and Na SSA. The clinical utilization of tricyclic and tetracyclic antidepressants had been declining and their consumption was reduced. Conclusion The new type of antidepressant drugs has become the first choice in our hospital and clinical utilization of antidepressant drugs is relatively reasonable.
