摘  要:为了探讨高能混合粒子场处理玉米种子对其幼苗生长及其抗氧化酶活性的影响,以0、275、315Gy剂量的高能混合粒子场处理昌7-2、郑58、K910改和DH新4种玉米自交干种子,对M1的发芽率、根长、芽长、根数及抗氧化酶活性进行了测定和分析。结果表明,经高能混合粒子场处理后,4种玉米自交系种子的发芽率和芽长没有显著变化,根长和根数变化显著。昌7-2的根长、芽长和根数随着辐照剂量的增加而增加,而其他3种自交系的变化总体上呈现下降趋势。郑58叶片中SOD活性随着辐射剂量的增加而降低,其他3种玉米自交系叶片中的SOD活性则表现为先升高后下降;辐射处理后,4种玉米自交系叶片中的POD和CAT活性变化显著;郑58的POD和CAT活性显著性上升,而其他自交系的POD和CAT活性则下降;MDA含量变化除DH新和K910改表现为上升趋势外,其他2种自交系均表现为下降趋势。因此,不同基因型玉米自交系对混合粒子场诱变的敏感性存在差异,在高能混合粒子场辐射育种中,该结果可为选择最适辐照剂量提供依据。In order to investigate the effect of mixed high-energy particle field on seeding growth and antioxidant enzyme activities of corn seeds,dry seeds of ‘Chang 7-2',‘Zheng 58',‘K910 gai'and ‘DH xin'were irradiated with0 Gy,275Gy,315 Gy. Germination rate,root length,shoot length,the number of roots,antioxidant enzyme activities and MDA content of M1 generation seeds were measured and analyzed. The results showed that maize inbred lines with different genotype have different sensitivity by mixed particles field irradiation. Maize germination ratio and shoot length did not significantly change compared with control after irradiated by the high-energy particle field,while root length and root number changed significantly. Root length,shoot length and root number of ‘Chang 7-2 'increased with the increasing of irradiation dosage,the others showed a downward trend. The changes of antioxidant enzyme activity were different. SOD activity of ‘Zheng 58 'reduced with radiation doses increasing,while SOD activity of the others first increased and then decreased; POD and CAT activity of ‘Zheng 58'significantly increase after radiation,while POD and CAT activity of the others decreased; MDA content of ‘DH xin'and ‘K910 gai'showed an upward trend,while the other inbred lines showed a downward trend. Therefore,the sensibility of different maize genotypes to the mixed particles mutagenesis should be different,and the proper radiation doses should be selected according to the different sensibility of corn seeds during the mixed high-energy particle radiation breeding.
