摘  要:对渗透汽化脱水过程处理医药行业乙腈废液的工艺进行了研究.采用渗透汽化与精馏的耦合方式对乙腈废液脱水进行工艺设计,通过对渗透汽化和精馏工序的工艺计算,得到相关工艺参数,即当进料量为100kg/h时,渗透汽化采用单板逐级串联操作,级数为31级,膜面积为12.4m2;在精馏工序中,理论塔板数为30块,预精馏塔最佳操作点回流比为0.5,进料塔板为11层,成品精馏塔最佳操作点回流比为3.0,进料塔板12层.此时乙腈成品水份含量≤0.01%,满足工业化生产最优标准.The separation process design of pervaporation dehydrate for acetonitrile waste in the pharmaceuticals industry was studied.This separation process was used by pervaporation and distillation of the coupling mode.Through the pervaporation and distillation process calculation of two process,the related process parameters were described as follows.When the feed rate was about 100kg/h,the pervaporation separation process used veneer series operation step by step,the series were 31,the membrane area was 12.4 m2.In distillation process,the theoretical plate number was 30 pieces,the best operating point reflux ratio was 0.5 in pre column,the feeding tray was 11 layers.And the best operating point reflux ratio was 3.0 in the refined distillation column,the feeding tray was 12 layers.In this case the moisture content of the finished product was less than or equal to 0.01%.The experimental data can meet the optimal demand of industrial production.
