摘  要:对采用晶闸管整流的大型电解铝厂,同步信号的稳定将直接影响整流机组的稳定运行,对整流机组跳闸故障进行分析研究,进而采取措施,提出改造方案,从根本上解决了由于同步信号的不稳定引发晶闸管整流机组跳闸的问题,确保铝电解生产的持续稳定运行。For a large-scale aluminum electrolysis plant using thyristor rectifying devices, the stabilization of synchronizing signal will have direct impact on stable operation of rectifier units. Through analysis and study on the failures of rectifier units tripping were carried out, the measures was taken and renovation scheme was put forward that the problem of thystor rectifier units tripping caused by unstable synchronizing signal was fundamen-tally solved so as to guarantee continuous and stable operation of aluminum electrolysis production.
