摘　　要：超薄浮法吊挂式拉边机作为超薄玻璃生产线关键的成型设备之一，拉边机定位准确与否直接决定了所拉引出玻璃带的规格、质量，包括单侧拉边机与拉边机之间的定位、锡槽两侧拉边机的对称定位。本文主要利用高精度的测量工具经纬仪和游标卡尺以及消除累积误差的方法来完成超薄浮法吊挂式拉边机的定位，保证了超薄浮法拉边机的定位精度。The hanging type top roller is one of the key equipments of ultra - thin float glass production line. The top - roller position accuracy directly influences specifications and quality of glass ribbon, including positioning between unilateral top roller and symmetrical positioning of top roller on both sides of tin bath. In this paper, using the high accuracy measuring tool theodolite and vernier caliper and the method to eliminate the accumulated error can finish the precise positioning of the hanging type top roller for ultra -thin float glass.
