老年糖尿病心血管病的治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病心血管病的临床治疗与护理效果。方法对我院收治的100例老年糖尿病心血管病患者随机均分为治疗组与对照组。对照组50例采取常规降糖治疗,治疗组50例在此基础上给予合理的临床护理干预,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗出院后12个月后开展随访,结果治疗组血糖异常率28%(14例),心电图异常率8%(4例),血压异常率18%(9例);对照组血糖异常率62%(31例),心电图异常率52%(26例),血压异常率44%(22例)。治疗组血糖异常率、心电图异常率、血压异常率显著低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病心血管病患者在常规降糖治疗基础上给予相应的护理干预,更够取得显著的临床效果,有效提升患者的生存与生活质量,加速患者恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment and nursing of elderly diabetes cardiovascular disease. Methods Of our hospital 100 cases of senile diabetes cardiovascular patients randomly divided into treatment group and cdntrol group. Control group 50 cases treated with routine hypoglycemic, treatment group （50 cases on the basis of reasonable clinical nursing intervention, to observe and compare the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results After treatment for 12 months after discharge to carry out the follow-up, results the treatment group blood sugar abnormal rate was 28% （14 cases）, electrocardiogram （ecg） abnormal rate was 8% （4 cases）, blood pressure abnormal rate was 18% （9 cases）; The control blood sugar abnormal rate was 62% （31 cases）, electrocardiogram （ecg） abnormal rate was 52% （26 cases）, blood pressure abnormal rate was 44% （22 cases）. Treatment group blood sugar abnormal rate, rate of abnormal electrocardiogram, blood pressure abnormal rate was significantly lower than the control group, compared the two groups was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Diabetic cardiovascular disease on the basis of routine hypoglycemic treatment give corresponding nursing intervention, more enough to obtain significant clinical effect, effectively improve the patient＇s survival and life quality, accelerate the patients recovery.
