Pre-S1、S2抗原联合检测在乙型肝炎诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨Pre-S1、S2抗原联合检测在乙型肝炎诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2011年1月-2014年1月在本院住院或门诊的慢性乙型肝炎患者60例血清样本,其中Pre-S1抗原阳性24例（A组）,Pre-S2抗原阳性患者20例（B组）,Pre-S1、S2抗原两者均为阳性16例（C组）,比较3组的HBV-DNA阳性率,分析Pre-S1、S2抗原两者联合检测与HBV-DNA的关系。结果A组的HBV-DNA阳性率为83.33%,B组为80.00%,C组为93.75%,C组的HBV-DNA阳性率分别显著高于A、B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。60例慢性乙型肝炎患者中HBV-DNA阳性51例,其阳性率达85%,Pre-S1、S2两者均为阳性共16例,HBV-DNA阳性率为93.75%,两者的HBV-DNA阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 Pre-S1、S2抗原两者联合检测对于诊断乙型肝炎具有重要的临床价值,与HBV-DNA检测结果有较好的一致性,值得推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of clinical value of joint detection of Pre-S1,S2 antigen in diagnosis of hepatitis B. Methods From January 2011 to January 2014 in our hospital,60 patients′ serum samples with chronic hepatitis B were selected,Pre-S1 antigen positive were 24 patients（the group A）,Pre-S2 antigen positive were20 patients（the group B）,two antigens positive were 16 patients（the group C）,the positive rate of HBV-DNA in the two groups was compared.and the relationship between joint detection of Pre-S1,S2 antigen and HBV-DNA was analyzed.Results The positive rate of HBV-DNA was 83.33% in the group A,the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 80.00% in the group B,the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 93.75% in the group C,the positive rate in the group C was significantly higher than the group A and group B,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The positive HBV-DNA were 51 cases in60 patients with chronic hepatitis B,the positive rate was 85%,The positive Pre-S1,S2 were 16 cases,the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 93.75%,the positive rate had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The joint detection of PreS1,S2 antigen has important clinical value in diagnosis of hepatitis B,and have a good coherence with the detection results of HBV-DNA, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
