复方丹参滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清BNP、hs-CRP和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响

摘　　要：目的探究复方丹参滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清脑钠肽(BNP)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法选取150例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,加用复方丹参滴丸治疗。结果观察组总有效率(90.67%)高于对照组(72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组血清BNP为(77.3±23.8)ng/L、hs-CRP为(6.2±2.7)mg/L,均低于对照组的(101.3±22.6)ng/L、(9.4±3.5)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组的斑块厚度为(1.83±0.57)mm、斑块大小为(0.05±0.03)cm2、颈动脉内膜中层厚度为(1.28±0.49)mm,均低于对照组的(2.03±0.50)mm、(0.07±0.02)cm2、(1.59±0.52)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果显著,能有效降低患者血清BNP、hs-CRP水平,改善颈动脉粥样硬化斑块情况。Objective To investigate influence of compound Danshen dripping pill on serum BNP,hs-CRP and carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients with unstable angina. Methods 150 patients with unstable angina were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 75 cases.The routine treatment was used in control group,compound Danshen dripping pill was applied in observation group on the basis of control group. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.67%,higher than that of control group（72.00%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.01）.After treatment,the serum level of BNP was（77.3±23.8） ng/L,hs-CRP was（6.2±2.7） mg/L in observation group,lower than that in control group[（101.3±22.6） ng/L,（9.4±3.5） mg/L] respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.01）.After treatment,the thickness of plaque was（1.83±0.57） mm,patch size was（0.05±0.03） cm^2,carotid artery intima-media thickness was（1.28±0.49） mm in observation group,lower than that in control group [（2.03±0.50） mm,（0.07±0.02） cm^2,（1.59±0.52） mm] respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Clinical curative effect of compound Danshen dripping pill in the treatment for unstable angina is good,it can effectively reduce the serum level of hs-CRP and BNP,improve the situation of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.
