前列地尔联合贝前列素钠片序贯疗法治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察前列地尔联合贝前列素钠片序贯疗法治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期的效果。方法根据糖尿病肾病诊断标准选取Ⅲ期患者,再随机给予两种治疗方案,A组采用前列地尔治疗,B组采用前列地尔联合贝前列素钠片治疗。测定两组治疗前、治疗后14 d和3个月的血压、血糖、血脂、尿微量白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)和肾功能。结果两组治疗后的血压、血糖及血脂水平、尿微量白蛋白及Hb A1c均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合贝前列素钠片治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期的效果好于单用前列地尔。Objective To observe the curative effect on sequential therapy of alprostadil combined with beraprost sodium tablet in the treatment of phase Ⅲ diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods According to diagnostic criteria of DN,patients with phase Ⅲ DN were selected and randomly provided with two therapeutic regimens,alprostadil was used in group A and alprostadil combined with beraprost sodium tablet were applied in group B.Blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,urine microalbumin,Hb A1 c and renal function before treatment and after therapy of 14 days and 3 months in two groups were tested. Results Blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,urine microalbumin,Hb A1 c after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sequential therapy of alprostadil combined with beraprost sodium tablet in the treatment of phase Ⅲ DN can obtain an optimal effect than that alprostadil only.
