摘 要:目的评价早期教育以及干预对婴儿智能发育的影响。方法将2012年1-12月本院儿童保健门诊从出生到1岁一直接受早期教育以及干预的1岁儿童40例为研究组,同时选取同期儿童保健门诊定期接受体检的1岁儿童40例为对照组,对比两组儿童的智能发育情况。结果研究组的适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言、人际交往发育商均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。研究组在适应性、大运动、语言、人际交往区边缘水平儿童发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);除精细运动,研究组适应性、大运动、语言、人际交往优秀以及中上水平发生率均高于对照组相应能区,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论婴儿接受早期教育以及干预对于促进婴儿智能发育效果显著。Objective To evaluate the effect of early education and intervention on intelligence development in infants.Methods 40 cases of children aged 1 year old who were received early education and intervention from birth to 1 year of age in the Department of Child Health Clinic of our hospital from January to December 2012 were selected as study group,40 cases of children aged 1 year old who were received regular medical examination in the Department of Child Health Clinic of our hospital at the same time were selected as control group,the intelligent development of two groups was compared. Results The developmental quotient of adaptability,sports,fine motor,language and interpersonal in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).The incidence of edge level about adaptability,sports,language and interpersonal in he study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05);In addition to fine motor,the incidence of excellent level and middle upper level about adaptability,sports,language and interpersonal in he study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Early education and intervention has obvious effect to promote on intellectual development in infants.
