摘　　要：分析了南京地区既有公共建筑绿色化改造推广机制的现状,探讨了该推广机制存在的问题,并且借鉴发达国家的先进理念和经验,提出了南京地区既有公共建筑绿色化改造推广的对策。This article conducts a profound research on the present situation of the promotion mechanisms of green renovation of existing public buildings in Nanjing. In the mean time,the article analyzes the challenges in front of the promotion mechanism and draws lessons from the advanced ideas and experiences of developed countries to put forward the countermeasures for the buildings. promotion of green renovation of the existing public
