摘  要:目的:建立一种鉴别复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中樟脑成分的方法。方法分别对乙醇提取的供试品溶液和参比溶液,加入活性炭进行优化处理,采用差示分光光度法,在230~350 nm的波长范围内测定最大吸收波长,用以鉴别樟脑。结果液体石蜡会干扰樟脑的测定,采用差示分光光度法处理后可排除液体石蜡的干扰;专属性试验和耐用性试验表明该方法结果准确可信;测定7批样品中的樟脑成分发现均在(289±2)nm处有最大吸收峰,吸光度为0.3~0.6。结论差示分光光度法具有操作简单方便,对仪器要求低,结果快速、准确的优点,值得推广应用。Objective To establish an method for identification of camphor in compound menthol nasal drops. Methods Adding activated carbon to optimize the ethanol extract of the test solution and reference solution from alcohol ,differential spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the maximum absorption wavelength in the wavelength range of 230-350 nm for i-dentification of camphor. Results Liquid paraffin may intervene into the determination of camphor. The application of differen-tial spectrophotometry can avoid of the interference. The results of specificity test and durability test demonstrate the new method is accurate and reliable. Camphor were detected in seven batches of samples by the new method ,all of which had maximum absorp-tion peak at wavelength(289±2)nm and the absorbance ranged 0.3-0.6. Conclusion The differential spectrophotometry is simple and avaliable to operate,low in instruments requirements,rapid and accurate results,which is worthy to expand and apply further.
