苗药头花蓼种质资源收集保存与优良种源筛选研究

摘　　要：目的:建立头花蓼种质资源异地种植保存圃,并对头花蓼优良种源进行了筛选试验研究,为头花蓼规范化种植与GAP基地建设和资源科学利用奠定基础。方法:收集省内不同地区及周边省区的头花蓼种质资源材料64份,在施秉县牛大场头花蓼规范化种植与GAP示范基地进行了种质资源圃建设,并进行了在圃保存与有关观测研究。结果:2008年培育的施秉种源适宜作为栽培用种,且在施秉种植地、安顺市西秀区七眼桥镇试验点有较强的适应性,两地可作为该种源的最适宜区,可进行大面积推广。结论:建立了头花蓼种质资源异地种植保存圃,并对头花蓼优良种源进行了筛选试验研究,其试验研究方法可行,但应在现有试验研究基础上,须按良种选育程序规范要求,进一步开展重复试验和扩大试验等研究。Objective：To establish the first flower Polygonum germplasm stored offsite planting nursery, and Polygonum capitatum Buch provenances were screened pilot study is Po｜ygonum capitatum Buch standardized planting and GAP base construction and lay the foundation for the scientific use of resources. Methods： the province and neighboring provinces in different regions of the Polygonum capitatum Buch germplasm 64 copies, a large field in Shibing County cattle Polygonum capitatum Buch standardized planting demonstration base with GAP were germplasm nursery building, and carried out in garden preservation and related observational studies. Results：2008 Provenance shibing cultivated with seed suitable as cultivation and plantations in Bing, Anshun City, Town Xixiu seven pilot sites have strong adaptability, the two can be used as the source of most of the species suitable area, can be large scale. Conclusion： Polygonum capitaturn Buch germplasm stored offsite planting nursery, and Polygonum capitatum Buch provenances were screened pilot study of its experimental research method is feasible, but there should be based on the existing experimental studies, shall breeding procedural norms, and further expand the pilot to carry out repeated trials and other research.
