摘　　要：研究了双硫腙分光光度法测定土壤中铅的方法。采用双硫腙为显色剂,控制溶液的p H为8.5,在513nm波长处测定吸光度,利用标准曲线求出铅含量。讨论了溶液p H、反应时间、络合剂用量对吸光度的影响。Dithizone spectrophotometry is studied the method of determination of lead in soil. Using dithizone as chromogenic agent, control solution of pH 8.5, determination of absorbance at 513 nm wavelength, using the standard curve and the lead. And discuss the solution pH, reaction time, the influence of complexing agent dosage on the absorbance.
