系统口腔干预措施应用于儿童手足口病治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨系统口腔干预措施在手足口病（HFMD）治疗中的作用,为HFMD的临床治疗提供参考依据。方法：选取2011年1月-2013年1月在该院儿科确诊的HFMD患儿270例,随机分为A组、B组和对照组,每组各90例。A组采用全身抗病毒和口腔局部清洗,B组在A组全身抗病毒和口腔局部清洗基础上施以口腔卫生宣教,对照组则采用全身抗病毒等常规治疗。结果：3组病程分别为（7.10±1.35）天、（6.87±1.25）天和（9.77±1.41）天,3组病程比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,F=43.562,SAG=0.000）;A组与B组病程比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;A组与对照组、B组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对HFMD患儿采用全身抗病毒同时进行口腔局部清洗,加强口腔卫生宣教可有效地缩短病程,减轻患儿症状。Objective： To explore the role of systematical oral intervention measures in treatment of hand- foot- and- mouth disease（ HFMD） in children,provide a reference for clinical treatment of HFMD. Methods： A total of 270 children diagnosed as HFMD definitely in Department of Pediatrics in this hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected and randomly divided into group A,group B and control group,90 children in each group. The children in group A were treated with systemic antiviral therapy and oral local cleaning;the children in group B were treated with oral health education combined with systemic antiviral therapy and oral local cleaning; the children in control group were treated with conventional therapy,such as systemic antiviral therapy. Results： The courses of disease in the three groups were（ 7. 10 ± 1. 35） days,（ 6. 87 ± 1. 25） days and（ 9. 77 ± 1. 41） days,respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B,but there were statistically significant differences between group A,group B and control group,respectively（ P〈0. 05,F = 43. 562,SAG = 0. 000）. Conclusion： Systemic antiviral therapy,oral local cleaning and oral health education can effectively shorten the course of disease and relieve symptoms of HFMD children.
