摘　　要：国家需要大力支持民办学校的发展已经成了不争的现实,文章阐述了民办学校在高等教育发展过程中的重要性和必然性,提出了民办学校办学过程中存在的问题,针对办学过程中存在的问题提出了对策建议。It is without any doubt that the government needs to vigorously support the development of private schools. This article expounds the importance and necessity of private schools in the development of higher education, and points out the problems existing in the running of private schools, and puts forward countermeasures accordingly.
