摘　　要：为了解决液压机床在使用过程中发生的故障问题,本次研究根据液压机床实际故障情况进行分析,发现液压机床主要故障原因为液压油质量问题。为了提高液压机床运行稳定性,创造更好的经济效益,本文提出了液压油在选用过程中应注意的问题,以及防止液压油污染的措施,希望为液压机床维护保养工作提供参考。In order to solve the hydraulic machine tool failure in service, this article analyzed the actual failure condition of the hydraulic machine tool, and found that the hydraulic oil quality problems are the causes of the hydraulic machine failure. In order to improve the running stability of hydraulic machine and create better economic benefits, this paper puts forward the matters needing attention in hydraulic oil selection, and the measures to prevent the hydraulic oil pollution, in order to provide reference for hydraulic machine tool maintenance.
