克雅病医院感染预防控制的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨克雅病医院感染预防控制措施及实施效果。方法对收治的1例疑似克雅病患者制定以隔离传染源、严格消毒传播介质和焚烧医疗废物、医务人员落实标准预防的院感综合防控措施,并评价措施落实的效果。结果经过严密落实各项防控措施,未发生其他患者和医务人员相关的医院感染。结论严格执行医院感染防控措施可以有效避免克雅病的医院感染。Objective To discuss the prevention and control measures of Creutzfeldt- Jakob disease hospital infection and the results of implementation. Methods For the 1 suspected Creutzfeldt- Jakob disease patient case,conducted the hospital infection comprehensive prevention and control measures including isolating the patient,strict disinfecting spread of media,incineration of medical waste,and strict implementation of standard prevention for medical personnel,and to evaluate the effectiveness of these measures implementation. Results After a rigorous implementation of the control measures,there were no hospital- related infections among patients and medical staff. Conclusions Strict implementation of hospital infection prevention and control measures can effectively avoid the hospital infections of the Creutzfeldt- Jakob disease.
