摘 要:目的阐明嗜吞噬细胞无形体在媒介蜱种的传播路径,合理防治蜱虫、控制蜱媒病的传播。方法以在东北林区采集的全沟硬蜱为样本,在实验室条件下人工培育完成全沟硬蜱4个虫态的发育过程,并结合荧光定量PCR方法检测各虫态中无形体的感染情况,从而研究嗜吞噬细胞无形体在全沟硬蜱体内的传播规律。结果蜱的幼虫、若虫、成虫及卵DNA均检测出阳性标本,但卵的阳性率较低,提示无形体在蜱体内可经期传播,也可经卵传播,但经卵传播效率较低。结论首次阐明了无形体在全沟硬蜱体内的传播规律,为确定全沟硬蜱是无形体的传播媒介提供了证据,对指导蜱媒无形体病的防治具有重要意义。Objective To clarify the transmission pattern of addicted anaplasma phagocytophilum( AP) in vector tick species,to prevent and control ticks reasonably,control the spread of tick- borne disease. Methods The Ixodes persulcatus which is distributed in forest area of northern China was selected as samples,artificial cultivation to complete 4 insect state development process under laboratory conditions,and combine measures of fluorescence quota PCR to detect the AP infection in ticks,therefore to study the transmission pattern of addicted AP in Ixodes persulcatus. Results Positive specimens all tested from tick larva,nymph,adult and eggs' DNA,but the positive rate of eggs is lower,shows that anaplasma could transmit though menstrual and could transmit though eggs either in ticks body, but the efficiency of transovarial transmission is lower. Conclusions This study clarifies the transmission pattern of AP in Ixodes persulcatus for the first time,to confirm the tick is the intermediate host of AP,has significant meaning for guidance on prevention and control of tick- borne anaplasmosis.
