摘  要:目的建立酸性条件下电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定水中碘含量的方法。方法水样经硝酸酸化,超声振荡0.5 min后直接用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)进行检测。结果碘元素在0.1~50.0μg/L线性范围内,线性回归方程为y=568.57x+56.142,相关系数r=0.9 999,检出限为0.018μg/L;高、中、低3个加标水平的平均回收率为98.0%~100.1%,相对标准偏差为0.78%~2.02%。结论 ICP-MS测定生活饮用水中碘含量前处理简单快速、灵敏度高、准确度好,适合于地方病检测工作中大批量水碘的测定。Objective Establish the method for the determination of iodine content in water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP- MS). Methods After adding nitric acid,water sample was mixed0. 5 min under ultrasound sonication,and then was determined by ICP- MS. Results Iodine element in the range of 0. 1- 50 μg / L,the linear equation of iodine is y = 568. 57 x + 56. 142,relevant coefficient is r =0. 9999,and the limit of detection is 0. 018 μg / L; The mean recoveries of iodine are 98. 0%- 100. 1% with the relative standard deviation of 0. 78%- 2. 02% under high,medium and low 3 different spiked levels.Conclusions This method has many advantages such as easy and fast,high sensitivity and good accuracy,suitable in the determination of iodine content in a large quantity of water samples.
