郧县2012年手足口病流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的分析2012年郧县手足口病流行特征,为预防控制手足口病提供参考依据。方法利用国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统上报的2012年郧县手足口病病例疫情资料进行流行病学分析。结果郧县2012年共报告手足口病病例344例,报告发病率60.94/10万;4～6月为发病高峰期,占46.51%;发病年龄多集中于4岁以下儿童,占95.06%;男性病例多于女性;病例以散居儿童为主,占83.72%。结论加强手足口病防治知识宣传,提高广大患儿家长的卫生意识,积极开展综合性防控措施,从而有效控制手足病的流行。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand foot mouth disease of Yun county in 2012,to provide reference for the prevention and control of hand foot and mouth disease. Methods Epidemic data of hand foot mouth disease of Yun county in 2012 reported by National disease surveillance information management system for epidemiological analysis. Results A total of 344 cases of HFMD cases reported in Yun county of 2012,the reported incidence of 60. 94 /100000; incidence peak in April- June,accounted for46. 51%; incidence age mainly focus on children below 4 years old,accounted for 95. 06%; Male more than female; cases focus on scattered children,accounted for 83. 72%. Conclusions Strengthening the hand foot mouth disease prevention knowledge propaganda,improve the health awareness of majority parents of children patients,carry out comprehensive prevention and control measures proactively,to control the hand foot and mouth disease effectively.
